Secure Organized Access For Your Tools and Equipment

Preferred by Contractors and loved by the rest of us, Truck Tool Boxes allow us to keep the cab of our pickup trucks clear for passengers and add safety in case of an accident.

Our Saddle Boxes (shown left), mount to the top of the pickup's bed rails, leaving room underneath for sheets of plywood or longer items.

You can throw stuff at them, in them, tie things to them, call them names, and they still love you. They really come close to being man's best friend. All of our tool bnoxes come with a lifetime warranty.

Like our 'Gull Wing" tool boxes shown above, another benefit of our tapered design is the low cargo access you get.

This is a great feature when you're trying to get the items out of the bottom of your tool box. Especially if you have a high profile pickup truck like a 4x4.

Carry Rover with you every now and then? Don't have a place to tie him down?

Highway Products saddle boxes come standard with a cast aluminum rope hook welded permanently on both sides of your tool box. (see another picture below)

This rope hook is great for securing a load in your truck bed. It has a closed eye and an open eye for easy and convenient tie-down. Bunji straps, rope, and leashes hook up fast.

They are welded from the inside of your tool box for clean looks. Seen this any where else? No, you haven't.

You won't see a tray that compares to the Highway Products tray either. It's made of thicker aluminum than most other tool boxes. Plus, it sits high in your tool box to give you more room underneath.

No plastic here! Plus, it lifts out of your tool box giving you easy access to other cargo, or take the tray and your tools to the job.

Guarding against the weather is Clean Seal® automotive weather stripping. (Shown left) A nitrogen gas filled door prop to assist the door opening.

Field-Tested Locks - The same rugged locks and hinges our legendary semi truck tool boxes are known for.

Highway Products opened it's doors in 1980 building products for semi trucks. The stainless steel "Tee Lock" was the only lock capable of the demanding performance required. It's strong and dependable. That's why we install them as standard. We also have D-ring locks for fire departments.

We've used many different styles of locks over the years. If you have a favorite, let us know. Warning: Do Not Buy Service Bodies with Electric key-fob locks. We've tried them all and they are not dependable. We stopped using them.

Proven Hinges 14 Gauge Stainless Steel - 1/4 inch pin.

One of the most over-looked and under-estimated parts of a truck body is the hinge and the way it's fastened. As you can see, Highway Products eliminated this problem by using oversized stainless steel hinges.

Plus, Highway Products uses Stainless Steel Torx™ screws that allows user to replace a door with simple tools in case of damage. No rivets here. Rivets work loose over time and you need special tools to replace them.

Top Lid boxes are unique in that you can get a lot of cargo in them and it is pretty easy to retrieve when you need it. And... there is very little wasted space. Add handles if you will be moving the box around.

Quality and durability demanded by truckers and contractors for the long haul with the ability to withstand the rigors of hard service year after year. 1/8" marine grade diamond plate aluminum construction.

Stainless Steel "T-handle" locks and locking mechanisms - Stainless steel continuous piano-style hinge with a 1/4" pin - Sturdy chain secures open lid - Clean Seal® automotive weather stripping - Lifetime warranty.

Why are we the best?

All our pickup tool boxes are built from from Heavy Gauge? 1/8" thick marine grade aluminum. This is the same material we use on our semi truck tool boxes. Twice the thickness of the standard brand pickup truck tool boxes.

Plus, we include a lift-out aluminum tool tray. You won't find this feature in other brands either. We'll talk about this more below.

Our locks, the heart of a tool box, are made with stainless steel and the same locks we use on our semi-truck underbody tool boxes. Hard Core!

Our hinge, the back-bone of a tool box, is also stainless steel and the heaviest gauge you will see anywhere. Again, the same hinge we use on our semi truck tool boxes. Super tough!

Easy low-entry design allows you to get at your tools, even on higher profile trucks.

Great looks! Our tool boxes are hands down, the best looking truck tool boxes on the market.

There's a few reasons. Sound good so far? Please read on, there's more!

"No Drill" mounting systems - Standard.

That's right! You won't have to drill holes in your bed. We furnish a special hook system that clamps your pickup tool box securely to your bed from the inside of the tool box.
